Develop a 4 - 8 bar pattern/ostinato that does not change. Keep the same dynamics throughout the pattern. No fills or embellishments of any kind. Just groove! This can be practiced with a metronome or the provided PlayAlong tracks. Every note counts in this exercise so make sure they are in time and have a purpose.
